Data conversion

Not all computer applications and systems can communicate directly with one another, since the logical format or structure of their data is different.

Whatever your systems, we can help you recover and transfer all your existing data and information in a format compatible with the Collectio application.

We have experience in this area, both in terms of software and hardware.

Data recovery can be a difficult and complex procedure. That is why we do everything possible to ensure that it goes well.

We generally proceed in three stages:

  • First stage: recovery of all your files and your database;
  • Second stage: preparation of an import file in .artu format,
  • Third stage: import by CLT2 of your old data into your secure space or communication of the import file to your e-mail address so that you can import your old data yourself.

A few days or a few weeks at most may pass between these stages – depending on the complexity of the original data; the third stage always takes place just one day after you have completed your subscription, as the system change must be completely transparent and without impact for you, your clients or third parties.

If there are no computer files or database, we can also directly enter your data into your secure space.

You will have video courseware, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and a user manual that you can download under the “Help” section of your secure space to guide you step by step and help you get the most out of your Collectio solution. All these supports are intended to answer most of your questions.
